Bel Air Middle School Reviews

I went to BAMS all three years and each year was wonderful. The teachers are outgoing and good at their jobs! Sure every school has some mean teachers but I'm glad I went to BAMS and not somewhere like edgewood where I would feel in danger. The kids there are very nice and it's not hard making new friends. Overall I loved BAMS and I would go back anyday! My favorite teacher was Mr. Hall :D He's the best!

I love bel air I used to go to fallston and hated it i had no friends and all the kids there were stuck up I hated it worst school year of my life I love bel air nice down to earth people and most of the teachers are great!

This school is no fun. I used to love going to school at Fallston, and here at Bel Air they push you way to hard. My grades are lower then they have ever been and it's like I have no time to even hang out with my friends. I'm always working. I hate Bel Air, I can't wait to graduate.

I was homeschooled from third grade to seventh grade and I thoroughly enjoyed it, but last year I entered Bel Air as an eighth grader. I was worried that it wouldn't be as challenging as my homeschool curriculum, but I was proven wrong. The teachers there were extremely nice and fair and made sure that students had great opportunities to show their knowledge. I wouldn't have thought so, but this was one of the greatest school years I have ever had! I could not have asked for a better band program, math program, language arts program, science, and social studies program. I love all the teachers dearly and I am so grateful my sisters will be going there. In my opinion this is the best school in the county!

I have to say Bel Air Middle prepared my me for high school. All the teachers are very good and have taught me a lot. I enjoyed many of the activities there such as the Soft Ball, and Hoops for Heart that took place in gym. I have made many friends there, and the after school activities are wonderful. There is Guitar Club, Art club, Gamers club, and many others. The plays are very fun to be in and to help out with. Lets say you didn't make it in a play, they give you the chance to work backstage. I have to say that I shall miss this school, and all the memories I had in the school. Some people on here might say this school 'Is bad' well it isn't and trust me. I'm a student at here at Bel Air Middle.

Bel Air is the worst school I've ever come to know. My child went there and the teachers did ot challenge even though I requested for him to skip a grade or take a higher grade math class. I'm now proud that my child is at edgewood middle school. There is no cultural diversity because mostly all the children are white, and the kids don't get a real world experience unlike edgewood. For your whole life you won't be with the same race.

The teachers at this school are overall very pleasant. My child likes all of his teachers. I am glad to see that others have the same opinion about the school's effort with children with special needs-little to none. There are a wide variety of extracurricular activities, but with limited availability.

Bel Air Middle School's instructional programs and extracurricular activities are excellent as are the teachers and administrators. My children are presently attending this school and are enjoying their experience.

My daughter went to Bel Air Middle and was exceptionally well prepared for high school. 'Hats off' to the outstanding teachers and administrators!

I have had three children go through Bel Air Middle. and they all received an excellent education and were well prepared for high shcool. I want to commend the teachers and the administrators, especially Mrs. Reynolds, the principal, for their dedication and work ethic.

Excellent school!! Outstanding teachers and administrators who really care for their students!

I used to attend Bel Air Middle School and in my opinion this school is very bad and I feel as if i got nothing out of it. The teachers are very unfair to students and uneducated. Every couple months or so there would be bomb threats and we would be sent home, now I know when I have children that's not something I would want them to even be put at risk for, the school is dangerous and unsafe, I know I did not feel safe walking threw those halls.

Bel Air Middle is a school where people can come together. Sure it isn't the newest school, but your kids can feel safe going there everyday. If you behave why do you need to see a principal anyway? Bel Air Middle is a quality school and you should feel comfortable sending your children there to recieve an education that is worth something.

I'm attending Bel Air now, as my second year. The teacher are marvelous. This school is not very high maintiannced. Bathrooms and water fountains are constantly being worked on. Thios school offers great extra curricular activities and has a well drawn music program. I know mant diabled and children and it seems to me that they aren't getting enough help. Students are constantly having to help them, and then their work can't be completed. Oh, and also the discipline is fair and makes sense.

I used to attend Bel Air Middle and I think it was the worse thing that ever happend to me. For starters they were unable to provide me with the extra help I needed, and then blamed everything on me for me not doing well. In fact I went up to the office and complaned once and they basicly threatened me for complaining. Nancy Renolds, the principal of this school is very stuck up. Blames everything on me and takes no blame for anything. Keep your child away from this school at all cost. I know is says in the ratings this school is good. But it is not at all for people who need just a little more help.

Bel Air Middle does not have the capabilities for learning disabled children. This is not a good school for learning disabled children. For a normal child this school is just fine.
