The Jemicy board of trustees provides excellent stewardship and in tandem with the administration has seen the school's programming grow and succeed over 30 years. Traditional academic programs (science, math, social studies, and language arts) are taught using individualized instructional techniques including Orton Gillingham, Wilson, Lindamood Bell, and other cutting-edge strategies. Classes maintain a 1-4 teacher student ratio and daily language tutoring can be 1 on 1 or small group (1 to 4). Outstanding sports programs, theater, visual arts, dance, and music enhance all academic activities. Jemicy is located on two campuses in Owings Mills (lower and middle) and Towson (high school).
