Acclaimed as "a genius, a poet, a super-sensitive musician" (
SanDiego.com), young Croatian guitarist Robert Belinic will perform music spanning five centuries, including J.S. Bach&39;s Prelude, Fugue and Allegro in E-Flat Major, BWV 998; François de Fossa&39;s Premiere Fantaisie, Op.5; Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco&39;s Sonata "Omaggio a Boccherini;" and works by John Dowland and the brothers Regino and Eduardo Sainz de la Maza. A reception with the artist follows the performance. The
Music at Evergreen concert series continues on March 6, 2010 with the string quartet Brooklyn Rider, and April 17, 2010 with "Ritmo, Color y Pasión: Flamenco in Concert," by the ensemble SEGUE.
