Noah Charney, author, ARCA Director (Association for Research into Crimes against Art); Gary Vikan, Walters Art Museum Director Fans of Dr. Vikan's compelling WYPR "Postcards" will enjoy this 2009-10 series of lively on-stage chats, with Dr. Vikan hosting distinguished guests.
