I went for my first ever Brazilian wax at Spa Sante. Naturally, I was really nervous but my beautician, Shawna, was outstanding. "I've seen it all!" She said before I laid down. She put on some Jason Mraz and talked me through it. She gave me tips on upkeep and was really nice about letting me come in for touch ups without an extra fee. The whole process took about an hour for me, but she said it doesn't take that long the next few times. She was a lovely woman and we had a great conversation despite all the pain that was going on down there. I HIGHLY recommend waxing with Shawna and couldn't be happier with the job she did!

I can't believe this place is still in business! You have gum chewing receptionists who answer the phone. People who do not know how to greet people when the enter or even as they are paying for their massages. How do you make money? Surely this economy will take you out because NO ONE should go back there. My massage was horrible, it was only 25 min even though I paid for a lot more. The person left in the middle of it (where did she go?!?!) and returned 10 minutes later but did not extend my massage for longer! I was so irate and upset. I attempted to talk to the manager that day Peggy and she just did nothing. Please do not go there

Went in to get a color and cut. Told the guy to not give me a mullet (a la Mrs. Brady). He did it anyway! Had to correct the disaster. Went to Studio 921. Danielle saved me from the mullet-look!
