Federal Hill's newest dining experience, "The Hill", is a contemporary establishment featuring fresh American cuisine in an innovative atmosphere. The ambiance at The Hill is light and airy-- the perfect blend of casual and fine dining.

Bistro-style seating awaits you as you enter the quaint storefront.  The Hill's popularity is growing by leaps and bounds despite its young age, as it's quickly gaining a reputation for friendly, personal service and delicious fare.

Start off your meal at The Hill with one of their classic appetizers. The seafood pizza with sauteed shrimp, crab, spinach and mushrooms; pan-fried mozzarella with marinara sauce; mac and cheese with crisp bacon crumbles and blackened chicken tenderloins with Caribbean pineapple dip are among the tantalizing choices.

Menu entrees include a stuffed pork chop with sausage, corn and sweet potatoes; crab and blue cheese-encrusted filet mignon with roasted potatoes and string beans; spinach and cheese ravioli with pesto cream sauce; and chicken piccata with white wine, lemon and rice pilaf.

If your appetite is lighter, try one of The Hill's delicious sandwiches. Lindsay's Bison Burger with blue cheese, bacon, onions and barbecue sauce; Cuban barbecued pork with ham, Swiss cheese, coleslaw and pickles; chicken wrap with avocado, cucumbers, goat cheese and spinach ; and a blackened tuna steak with tomato and avocado are among the tasty sandwich choices.

Reservations are always helpful at The Hill, and the dress code is business casual. To make reservations, call (443) 708-5653.
